This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases from daquantrevon.com. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Items must be returned with original packaging and order information when available.

How to Start a Return

Email service@daquantrevon.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will review the request and provide return-by-mail instructions if the item is eligible.

Return Method

Approved returns are handled by mail. Authorized returns should be mailed to: DAQUAN TREVON LLC, 954 W 9th St, Mesa, AZ 85201-3911, United States. Do not ship a return without authorization because packages sent without approval may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping Cost

For standard buyer's remorse returns, including fit, style preference, or change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, incorrect, or defective items approved by our support team, DAQUAN TREVON handles or reimburses the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time is 5-10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the eligible item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, worn items, washed items, altered items, items without tags, and items not in original condition are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
