How much is shipping?
Eligible U.S. orders receive Free Standard Shipping. Checkout shows the final shipping cost before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders have a 5:00 PM Mountain Time cutoff, 1-3 business days processing time, 5-12 business days transit time, and 6-15 business days total estimated delivery time.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
Who pays return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer pays return shipping. For approved damaged, incorrect, or defective items, DAQUAN TREVON handles or reimburses the return cost.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
How do exchanges work?
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order.
